Responsibilities
Manage front desk operations, including greeting clients, check-in/check-out, and scheduling
Oversee lobby flow to ensure a smooth and positive client experience
Answer and manage a multi-line phone system; accurately triage and transfer calls
Expedite emergency calls by quickly relaying information to triage staff
Guide clients through euthanasia paperwork with compassion and professionalism
Discuss payment options and assist with client financial conversations
Perform administrative tasks such as printing schedules, managing charts, filing, record distribution, and mail processing
Provide general hospital information and assist clients with directions to network locations
Maintain knowledge of network hospital protocols and communication pathways
Support doctors, technicians, and fellow CSRs with daily workflow and hospital operations
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent required
minimum 1 year of customer service experience required
Strong computer skills with ability to learn new software
ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail
strong communication skills with both clients and team members
Fluent English skills (speaking & reading) are required for the role
Preferred
medical or veterinary customer service experience preferred
fluency in multiple languages a plus
