They are seeking a compassionate, motivated Clinical Intern to join their adolescent treatment team, providing hands-on experience delivering therapeutic services to adolescents under the supervision of licensed clinicians.

Responsibilities
Provide individual, group, and family sessions under licensed supervision
Conduct intake assessments, psychosocial evaluations, and treatment planning
Co-facilitate evidence-based groups (e.g., DBT skills, CBT, emotional regulation, substance use education)
Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
Participate in weekly supervision and multidisciplinary team meetings
Support crisis intervention efforts in accordance with program protocols
Collaborate with caregivers, schools, and community partners as needed
Uphold ethical standards, confidentiality laws, and trauma-informed care practices
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in a Master's or Doctoral program in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
Eligible for clinical internship/practicum placement through academic program
Strong interest in working with adolescents and families
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, supportive clinical environment
Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
Commitment to cultural humility, inclusivity, and client-centered care
Preferred
Experience supporting youth in mental health, school, residential, or community settings
Familiarity with trauma-informed treatment approaches
Bilingual or multilingual candidates encouraged to apply
