Responsibilities

Enable volume scan diagnosis across AMD’s product portfolio to improve yield
Influence teams to apply diagnosis data for resolving yield issues
Lead critical debug and train coworkers on diagnostic tools
Collaborate with vendors to integrate new diagnosis features
Develop methods to enhance diagnosis quality and resolution
Build automated analytics to identify yield limiters using diagnosis data

Required
