Responsibilities

Lead and execute high-value, multi-phase projects, ensuring profitability and operational efficiency

Develop enterprise-level project strategies, aligning execution with business objectives

Work cross-functionally with executive leadership, engineering, procurement, and sales teams to drive process improvements

Establish best practices for budgeting, scheduling, and risk mitigation

Serve as the primary executive liaison for high-profile clients and partners

Negotiate complex contracts and resolve high-impact project challenges

Ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnership opportunities

Implement standardized project management methodologies, ensuring consistency across all projects

Identify and introduce efficiency improvements for project tracking, reporting, and execution

Train and mentor project administrators, coordinators, entry-level project managers, project manager II, field personnel, and subcontractors to ensure quality and efficiency

Ensure projects adhere to financial goals, cost control measures, and compliance regulations

Develop and manage financial forecasting models and project profitability reports
