Responsibilities

Support of development cost-plus contractual EVM contracts
Providing critical financial oversight and guidance for the contracts they maintain
Partnership with Program Management and cross functional leads to support program execution
Support of all program financial aspects including monthly financial performance reporting
Program controls such as developing EACs and execution of EVM processes

Required

Typically candidates will have a bachelors degree and 2 years' financial based experience or an advanced degree and less than 2 years experience
Experience with computer/Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Experience in organizing, preparing, and presenting briefings to management and peers
Experience interpreting and analyzing financial data
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
DoD Clearance: Secret

Preferred

Excellent communication skills (oral and written) when interfacing with all levels of the company
Experience in a matrix environment
Experience interfacing and conducting business with various functional disciplines
Ability to drive change and influence beyond authority level
Experience and understanding of the program business role, APEX, Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS), and/or experience with Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) concepts
Experience managing multiple DoD contracts
