Responsibilities
Collaborate with copywriters to conceptualize and design customer-facing campaigns that are on-brand and drive results
Create static, motion, and video assets tailored to various digital platforms and audience behaviors
Develop modular design systems and templates for frequent iteration and creative refresh across multiple advertising channels
Research and stay updated on trends and topics relevant to key audiences globally
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure creative deliverables align with strategic goals
Present creative concepts to stakeholders, providing insights to support decision-making
Qualification
Required
A minimum of 5 years of experience in an Art Director role within an in-house creative team or agency
Strong portfolio showcasing strategic thinking, digital performance work, and attention to detail
Proficiency in design software such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, along with basic motion design tools
Solid understanding of best practices for mobile-first digital marketing
Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects effectively
Preferred
Experience with light animation for digital advertising
Familiarity with B2B marketing strategies
Fluency in additional languages is a plus
