Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end architecture and implementation of AI/ML solutions, with a focus on Gen AI and agentic AI systems
Collaborate with data scientists, developers, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
Guide and mentor technical teams, ensuring best practices in AI/ML development, deployment, and governance
Architect and implement data pipelines, model training workflows, and AI-powered applications
Evaluate and integrate emerging AI technologies to enhance operational efficiency and business outcomes
Ensure robust data governance, security, and compliance across all AI/ML initiatives
Drive innovation in agentic AI, enabling autonomous systems that deliver measurable business value
Qualification
Required
Min years 12+ years
Lead 3+ years
Visa- GC, USC, EAD, OPT (12+ years)
Advanced proficiency in analytics and AI/ML tools (Python, R, SQL, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.)
Hands-on experience with Generative AI (LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, etc.) and agentic AI architectures
Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, including model development, deployment, and monitoring
Expertise in data integration, data governance, and end-to-end process ownership
Experience with visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI) and cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, GCP)
Ability to guide senior data analysts and translate business needs into technical requirements
Preferred
Proven track record as a technical lead or architect in AI/ML projects
Experience in healthcare, payer/provider technology, or related domains is a plus
Excellent communication skills, able to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders
