Responsibilities

Oversee the onboarding process, including reviewing financials, managing any accounting clean up and adjustments, setting up initial documentation and processes, and coordinating closely with client throughout

Involve system conversions and process implementation during the onboarding process

Work with a variety of different industries and accounting issues

Work with some clients requiring extensive catch up, clean up, and cash to accrual conversion or implementation of GAAP

Schedule resources, create and monitor check lists and project plans for multiple projects, and maintain the actual costs incurred to budget
