Daydream is a growth marketing company focused on delivering outcomes through AI-enabled solutions. They are seeking a Growth Lead to own SEO and GEO programs, driving results for clients by combining technical expertise with client engagement.

Responsibilities
Lead end -to- end SEO and GEO strategy and execution for a portfolio of clients
Act as a forward- deployed growth partner inside client organizations, driving measurable outcomes
Use daydream’s automation systems and playbooks to generate, refine, and optimize content at scale
Track performance metrics, diagnose issues early, and adapt strategies to sustain momentum
Uphold quality standards across content, technical, and analytical deliverables
Partner cross-functionally with Engineering and Product to refine workflows and feedback loops
Communicate clearly and proactively with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment and confidence
Qualification
Required
4–7 years of hands-on SEO or growth marketing experience, including 2–3 years in a client-facing or agency environment
Fluently connecting technical concepts (indexation, architecture, schema, automation) to business outcomes (traffic, conversion, pipeline)
Thriving in a fast-moving, early-stage environment where ownership and adaptability matter most
