Craft and implement financial strategies to support the company's transition to a software-first model
Manage financial forecasting, budgeting, and capital allocation to maximize growth
Identify and pursue investment opportunities, M&A targets, and strategic partnerships
Ensure financial operations comply with GAAP and optimize processes to enhance cash flow
Develop financial models for new business lines and expansion strategies
Maintain compliance with financial regulations and implement risk mitigation strategies
Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team to drive strategic execution
Qualification
Required
Extensive experience in finance, investment strategy, or corporate financial leadership
Strong expertise in financial modeling, mergers & acquisitions, and investment analysis
Proven track record in capital raising and structuring investment deals
Hands-on experience with financial systems, reporting tools, and ERP software
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop teams
