Responsibilities

Lead project planning, execution, and closeout activities

Oversee project scope, budget, and schedule to ensure milestones are achieved

Provide leadership and decision-making throughout the project lifecycle

Facilitate project kick-offs, engineering reviews, and client meetings

Maintain compliance with QF-8.2.3.5 Contract Handover Checklist and NPI gate reviews

Review contracts, specifications, and client documentation

Develop and secure approval for execution plans

Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to resolve issues

Direct fabrication, installation, start-up activities, and in-progress inspections

Monitor documentation, deliverables, and reporting requirements

Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cash flow

Generate change orders with supporting cost documentation

Track labor hours, expenses, and progress against financial targets

Identify risks and implement corrective action plans, including warranty resolutions

Ensure project alignment with ISO 9001 and other applicable standards

Support audits and regulatory reviews as required

Promote a culture of safety across all project environments
