Responsibilities

Responsible for applying an interdisciplinary, collaborative approach to plan, design, develop, validate and verify system TEMPEST solutions across the system lifecycle including site standup and sustainment
Evaluates customer/operational needs to coordinate appropriate TEMPEST requirements, conduct analysis of TEMPEST mitigation mechanisms integrate technical parameters and assure compatibility and TEMPEST security of all physical, functional and system interfaces
Coordinates and addresses TEMPEST impact due to Diminishing Manufacturing Sources
Develop, evaluate and analyze design constraints, trade-offs and detailed system and TEMPEST design
Coordinate with customers, customer representatives, systems architects and developers to provide oversight in the development, rollout, and sustainment of fielded TEMPEST solutions
Test, evaluate, and verify hardware and/or software systems and implementation plans to determine compliance with defined specifications and requirements
Implements appropriate TEMPEST activities to support Assessment and Authorization activities as required by customers
Candidates must exhibit excellent problem-solving skills, be a team player, possess excellent communications and interpersonal skills, and be able to adjust work schedule periodically to support program activities

Required

Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or a similar discipline from an accredited college
Certified TEMPEST Professional – Level I or II
Must be a US Citizen
This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration

Preferred

Possessing a Certified TEMPEST Professional – Level I or Level II certification is desired
At least one semester class or equivalent experience in Electromagnetics
At least one semester class or equivalent experience in Antennas
Good communication skills preferred, as position requires interfacing with internal and external customers to report technical, and scheduling status
Experience working in teams and interfacing with external customers, and experience in project management skill sets desired
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with US Government standards for Cyber Security: RMF, NSTISSAM TEMPEST/1-92, CNSSAM TEMPEST/1-13, CNSSAM TEMPEST 01-02, ICD 705
