Elite Tournaments is seeking an Event Operations Intern with a focus on lacrosse to assist with the preparation and execution of events during the summer of 2026. The intern will manage various operational tasks and ensure high levels of customer service throughout the events.

Responsibilities

Provide on-site event and venue management during all IWLCA Recruiting Tournament Series events

Evaluate equipment both prior and post event to ensure the items are in proper working condition while keeping an updated inventory throughout the summer

Assist in the development and management of equipment distribution plans for field and site set-up

Develop and implement equipment breakdown methods to maximize efficiency on-site

Procure equipment and supplies needed to conduct events

Assist in the packing and preparation of all event equipment

Assist with the coordination of all college coach hospitality needs to include setup, food, and snacks

Prepare and distribute materials for site coordinator and field marshal binders

Other duties as assigned

Assist in the assignment of workers onsite for all IWLCA events

Provide support in forecasting and tracking of consumable expenses and record in appropriate ledger

Assist the Chief Financial Officer in entering payments for applications

Assist with the preparation and organization of all Elite Tournaments and Elite Promotions Events

Other duties as assigned
