Responsibilities
Ensure accuracy and completeness of account reconciliations across multiple teams
Track and validate close activities to meet deadlines and compliance requirements
Review and analyze financial statements for accuracy and consistency
Prepare clear and concise narratives to support financial reporting and disclosures
Compile and review NAIC statements for regulatory compliance
Validate journal entries for accuracy and adherence to accounting standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
3+ years of experience in financial reporting, reconciliations, and close processes
Strong understanding of GAAP reporting requirements
Proficiency in financial systems and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar)
Excellent communication and writing skills for narrative preparation
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience in treasury operations and AP processes
Familiarity with consolidations and project reconciliation workflows
