Responsibilities
Craft and implement a strategic vision for commercial operations products, ensuring alignment with enterprise data strategies
Oversee the entire product lifecycle, focusing on investment planning and roadmap execution
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure products are scalable, secure, and interoperable
Monitor key performance indicators to evaluate product success and drive continuous improvement
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to align priorities and communicate the impact of data investments
Qualification
Required
8–12+ years of experience in data product management or analytics leadership
Proven ability to lead and manage teams of product owners, analysts, or engineers effectively
Strong understanding of data product management principles and modern cloud data platforms
Excellent communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels
Experience with agile methodologies and hands-on product delivery oversight
Preferred
Familiarity with FinOps, AI Risk, and Data Governance frameworks
Experience in a global manufacturing or industrial enterprise
Advanced degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related fields
