Responsibilities
Analyze, design, and implement comprehensive software quality assurance strategies
Develop, maintain, and execute both automated and manual test scripts
Collaborate with developers and product owners to ensure high-impact delivery of software solutions
Document, track, and resolve software defects in partnership with the product delivery team
Contribute to the establishment of CI/CD pipelines for efficient testing processes
Communicate software quality measures to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project schedules
Qualification
Required
Extensive experience in quality assurance and testing, with a focus on automation tools such as Cypress and Selenium
Proficiency in JavaScript and Java, with hands-on experience in performance testing tools like jMeter
Strong understanding of UI and API automation in web applications
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while demonstrating strong problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams
Preferred
Experience with agile methodologies and cloud-based delivery
Familiarity with Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) practices
Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on teamwork and collaboration
Demonstrated ability to adapt and learn in a fast-paced environment
