Client Services Specialist
Albert & Mackenzie is a well-established and expanding workers’ compensation defense law firm with a strong presence across California. They are seeking a dynamic and relationship-driven Client Services & Networking specialist to serve as the face of their firm to clients, referral sources, and the legal community.

Responsibilities
Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and networking functions
Understand client goals and ensure the firm’s services align with their expectations
Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, current and potential clients
Collaborate with marketing and attorneys to identify and pursue new business opportunities
Coordinate with attorneys, claims professionals, and internal departments to deliver timely, high-quality service
Monitor client satisfaction, identify improvement opportunities, and help implement solutions
Address and resolve client concerns and complaints professionally and proactively
Facilitate trainings, file reviews and other account management duties as necessary
Occasional travel will be required for client meetings and events
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience working with TPAs or insurance companies as an adjuster or in a similar role
Claims or vendor of claims adjusters experience required with strong knowledge of the workers' compensation process
Experience in customer service, client relations, networking, and/or account management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach
Strong problem-solving, organization, and time management abilities
Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word required
