Solutions Consultant

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary technical resource for the sales team, providing in-depth product demonstrations and presentations to prospects
Analyze customer requirements and design tailored solutions that address their specific needs and objectives
Develop a deep understanding of our software products, features, and functionality and effectively communicate the value proposition to prospects
Lead the implementation of proof of concept (POC) projects to showcase the capabilities of our solutions and validate their effectiveness in meeting customer requirements
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and engineering, to ensure alignment between customer needs and product development
Provide pre-sales technical support, including answering product-related questions, resolving technical issues, and addressing customer concerns
Conduct training sessions and workshops for internal teams and partners to enhance their understanding of our products and improve their ability to sell effectively

Qualification

Required

Experience in Healthcare and/or Healthcare Tech is required
Proven experience in a technical sales or pre-sales engineering role, preferably in the SaaS industry
Healthcare/Health-Tech experience required
Strong understanding of software architecture, cloud computing, and web technologies
Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams and influence decision-making
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
Willingness to travel as needed to meet with prospects and attend industry events
