Configure employee devices including iPhones and iPads with job-specific apps
Troubleshoot devices with team members
Train employees on device use
Potentially assist management with Power BI projects
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Microsoft Office experience, specifically Excel and Outlook
Organization and time management skills
Oral and written communication skills
Willingness and ability to learn
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Maintain a positive, cooperative and teachable attitude
Ability to pass a full background screening and drug screening
Preferred
Power BI experience is a plus
Meraki Device Management experience is highly preferred
