Responsibilities

Engage with inbound leads and contacts to assess their needs, challenges, and level of interest in Minitab solutions
Conduct outbound prospecting to targeted accounts through phone outreach, email, and marketing campaigns
Qualify prospects based on fit, need, and readiness to move into the sales pipeline
Build and maintain relationships with future buyers who require long-term nurturing
Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion
Maintain accurate activity and prospect information within CRM tools
Work toward and achieve monthly and quarterly performance goals related to lead qualification and pipeline contribution

Required

Associate degree (college/technical) required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Desire to pursue a career in sales, with a willingness to learn and be coached

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field
Previous customer-facing experience (retail, service, hospitality, internships, etc.)
Prior BDR or phone-based outreach experience is a plus
