Responsibilities
Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and S corporations
Demonstrate high attention to detail and accuracy throughout the preparation and review process
Communicate effectively with staff, supervisors, and clients
Research and apply complex tax concepts to specific client situations
Deliver high-quality work products that reflect strong technical and analytical skills
Participate in tax planning and research projects involving complex issues
Assist in training and mentoring entry-level staff and interns
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
CPA eligibility required (active CPA preferred)
Minimum 3 years of recent experience in a public accounting tax role
Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Professional demeanor and strong client relationship skills
Preferred
Experience preparing and reviewing returns for individuals, partnerships, and S corporations preferred
1040 and review experience strongly preferred
QuickBooks experience highly preferred
