Responsibilities
Support prototyping and build processes for ultrasound transducers and related test fixtures
Perform testing at various production stages using electronic test equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, etc.)
Analyze test results and share findings with engineering teams
Participate in fine-detail assembly work, including processes performed under a microscope
Develop and refine assembly documentation, test procedures, and product specifications
Work side-by-side with engineering and production to resolve performance or design issues
Help drive continuous improvement in manufacturing processes and product quality
Provide technical support to internal teams and customers when needed
Qualification
Required
2-year technical degree in a STEM-related field
3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or technical products environment
Strong familiarity with electronic test & measurement equipment
Comfortable performing fine assembly under a microscope
A problem-solver who can diagnose root causes and think conceptually
Solid documentation, troubleshooting, and hands-on technical skills
