Responsibilities

Performing monthly status to IMS and finance targets
Cost/schedule variance analyses
Developing monthly estimate at complete (EAC) assessments
Implementing scope changes
Performing detail cost and schedule variance analysis
Ensuring root cause is defined and corrective action is implemented in a timely manner
Preparing and distributing cost/schedule performance metrics
Monthly comprehensive Earned Value Management System (EVMS) presentations
Detail cost and schedule variance analysis
Definition of performance impacts
Corrective action efforts
Developing monthly and comprehensive EACs
Generating Basis Of Estimates used for proposal and negotiations
Creation of budget baselines
Control account/work package planning
Maintaining baseline change control
Establishing and monitoring program budgets
Tracking and reconciling actual costs
Recommending corrective action, when necessary

Required

Must be a US citizen
This position requires special access and will require a Secret clearance after starting
Ability to establish and monitor program budgets
Track and reconcile actual costs
Recommend corrective action, when necessary

Project lead experience
Independent worker, quick to repeg priorities, self-starter
Proactive responsiveness
Proposal, BOE, planning or cost integration experience
Experience with Risk Management Framework (RMF)
Corrective Action and Problem Solving skills
Current F-35 SAP/SAR clearances (with an Secret investigation within the last 6 years)
Experience with LM BOE Tools (APTS)
Experience with MS Office Suite tools with a focus on Excel
