The Judge Group is seeking a Staff Accountant to join their finance team. This role involves supporting the monthly financial close process and ensuring accurate financial reporting in accordance with US GAAP principles.

Responsibilities

Post journal entries and process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
Classify and code transactions to appropriate accounts
Reconcile general ledger and bank accounts regularly; resolve discrepancies promptly
Assist in preparing monthly work papers and account analyses
Support the monthly financial close and consolidation process to produce US GAAP-compliant financial statements for U.S. and international operations
Help distribute monthly financial reporting packages and other departmental reports
Respond to internal and external auditor requests
Generate reports and provide financial/statistical analysis to support strategic decisions
Organize and manage multiple tasks with changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Perform special projects and analyses as directed by management
Other duties as assigned

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related fields and/or related certifications
Strong time management and organizational skills; ability to meet deadlines
Solid analytical skills and understanding of general ledger accounting

Preferred

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with other Microsoft Office products
Proficiency in Oracle Fusion ERP or other accounting software packages
Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
