Responsibilities
Champion, promote, encourage, and emulate the XLP/TPH Vision, Mission and Core Values
Ensures all KPI goals are met and or exceeded
Oversee and assist with the day-to-day activities of assigned department and Team Members, as instructed by management
Assist with evaluating the performance of team members
Provide training, coaching, feedback, motivation, leadership, and guidance for all assigned Team Members assigned
Provide Team Member performance feedback to management
Champion a safe and clean working environment
Monitor Team Member actions to ensure compliance of all company policies and procedures
Delegate and assigns job task and coordinate the workflow within the department
Champion continuous improvement opportunities within the department
Act as the Subject Matter Expert and process owner for all functions within the assigned department
Ensure the proper use and accountability of all tools and equipment
Assist with picking, packing, receiving, stocking, loading, unloading, and or inventory control functions as needed. (Manage your specific work group and assist other departments when applicable)

Qualification
Required
High School diploma or GED
Lead experience: 1 year
Warehouse experience: 1 year
Able to adapt to expected and unexpected changes in the work environment
Able to speak clearly and persuasively, listen carefully and respond accordingly, participate in meetings, and read and interpret information
Observe safety and security procedures, determine appropriate action beyond guidelines, and report potentially unsafe conditions and use equipment and materials in a safe and proper manner
Preferred
Lead experience: 3 years
Warehouse experience: 3 years
WMS and ERP Experience: 1 year
Continuous Improvement Experience: 1 year
