Responsibilities

Set the strategic direction for the HR model and establish scalable global HR frameworks

Advise senior leadership on organizational strategy, workforce planning, and talent needs

Lead enterprise-wide performance management, leadership development, and succession planning

Strengthen people leadership capability through coaching, tools, and training

Use people analytics to guide executive decisions and anticipate workforce needs

Oversee global employee relations and risk mitigation strategies

Lead and develop global HRBPs and Total Rewards teams

Ensure HR processes and practices comply with domestic and international regulations

Represent HR in senior and executive-level discussions
