BruntWork is a company seeking a detail-oriented Marketing VA to support their Events, Field Marketing, and Partnerships teams. The role involves streamlining event operations, managing logistics, and coordinating outreach with partners and internal networks.

Responsibilities

Support webinars: setting up Zoom, moderating chat/questions, posting links, exporting attendance reports
Social media support: responding to comments/messages daily, reporting issues, keeping engagement active
Scheduling content across all channels via Hootsuite
Updating Airtable content calendars: uploading assets, updating status, tagging team members
Posting content manually on platforms when needed
Cross-platform monitoring: making sure everything is posted on time and nothing breaks
Light community management inside Reddit/FB groups if needed
Other marketing admin tasks: pulling reports, organizing assets, updating tracking sheets, supporting launches, etc

Required

Experience creating, scheduling, and publishing content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X)
Ability to engage audiences, respond to comments, and track page/community activity
Understanding of social media analytics and KPI reporting
Basic graphic design skills for post creation
Scheduling Tools: Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, Sprout Social
Design Tools: Canva (mandatory)
Analytics: Facebook/Instagram Insights, LinkedIn Analytics

Adobe Express (nice-to-have)
