Digital Product Associate

The Newbuild Digital Product Associate will support the development and management of digital products, collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance digital tools and ensure effective usage among end-users.

Responsibilities
Provide hands-on technical support for Newbuild digital tools, including troubleshooting issues, managing user access, and developing business intelligence reports (e.g., Power BI)
Collaborate with stakeholders and department users to gather requirements and identify enhancement opportunities
Translate user feedback into clear, actionable insights for technical teams to implement improvements
Monitor tool performance and proactively implement updates and optimizations
Identify creative workarounds within existing technology to meet immediate business needs
Deliver direct support to end-users, ensuring effective use of digital tools in daily operations
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user guides and training materials
Work closely with the remote technical team in Manila to communicate user requirements, conduct user testing, and support the rollout of new features
Author requirements, epics, and user stories in Jira to guide development planning
Train end-users on tool functionalities and promote best practices for adoption
Partner with the Product Manager to explore new product opportunities through user research and market discovery
Demonstrate curiosity and initiative in exploring new tools and integration possibilities
Maintain flexibility to work across time zones, including alternating schedules to collaborate with teams in Europe and Manila
Conduct executive-level presentations to introduce new digital solutions, communicate rollout strategies, and foster awareness and adoption across leadership teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field — or equivalent professional experience
Minimum of 2 years' experience supporting digital tools, including system administration, troubleshooting, dashboard/report development, and applying project management principles
Proficient in Microsoft tools, including Office Suite, SharePoint, Teams, Power BI, Power Automate, and Copilot AI
Familiarity with portfolio and project management platforms such as Microsoft Project, Planner, Adobe Workfront, and Jira or any other equivalent tools
Solid understanding of Agile principles and iterative development methodologies
Strong technical foundation in the implementation, configuration, and administration of digital tools
Skilled in gathering business requirements and translating them into clear technical specifications for development teams
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to both technical, non-technical and executive audiences
Confident interfacing with stakeholders and end-users, with a focus on clarity and collaboration
Self-motivated and able to work independently under pressure with minimal supervision
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Experience supporting change management initiatives during the rollout of new digital tools

Preferred
Familiarity or certification in Agile/Scrum methodologies, Waterfall project management, or UX/UI design for web and mobile platforms is a plus
