Responsibilities

Recommends current financial and industry trends for cost effective and efficient solutions
Serves as liaison for financial matters between the hospital and executive leadership, management, financial institutions and regulatory agencies
Serves as a member of the leadership team and participates in development of the organization's vision, policies and short/long-term objectives
Directs/manages the hospital's financial, accounting, budgeting, audit/controls/standards/activities and statistical reporting

Required

Masters (Required)
AHCA Background Screening (AHCA) - State of Florida (FL)
Deep understanding of hospital finance, healthcare reimbursement, and regulatory compliance
Minimum of ten (10) years of progressive financial leadership experience
Experience as a senior financial executive in a hospital or health system managing financial operations
Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field required

Preferred

CPA certification is preferred but not required
