Design and implement strategic marketing campaigns
Manage marketing communications projects
Conduct market research and analyzing campaign performance
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners
Oversee a marketing team
Manage marketing regulatory compliance controls and testing processes
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals across Delegated and Non-Delegated Correspondent Lending
Elevate and maintain brand consistency across all platforms, communications, and client touchpoints
Partner with sales and operations leaders to create targeted campaigns that drive client growth and retention
Collaborate with Event Management to plan and execute industry events, sponsorships, and trade group engagements
Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, product announcements, branded merchandise, and media outreach
Leverage CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools to optimize campaign performance and ROI
Support the development of sales tools and partner programs that enhance client acquisition and retention
Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team focused on innovation, accountability, and measurable results
Manage website resources, tracking tools, and client acquisition features to ensure relevance and usability
Lead and develop a team; responsible for hiring, coaching, performance management, training and development
Qualification
Required
7+ years of related experience in Marketing & Communications, Mortgage Banking or Financial Services or similar field
Bachelor's degree in related field required
Previous leadership experience required
Intermediate knowledge of residential mortgage industry in Correspondent or Retail Lending including; sales, operations, capital markets and/or other residential mortgage products and services
Intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices
Advanced expertise in designing and executing marketing strategies that deliver measurable growth, digital marketing, brand strategy, SEO, social media and integrated campaigns
Advanced analytical skills and experience using data to drive targeting and segmentation
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently, with attention to detail
Advanced speaking and writing communication skills
Preferred
Masters or MBA in related field preferred
