Responsibilities

Act as a trusted advisor to the Site Leader and leadership team, aligning HR initiatives with business goals
Develop and implement site-level HR strategies to support operational excellence and workforce engagement
Manage relationships with union representatives and ensure compliance with collective bargaining agreements
Lead the resolution of complex employee relations issues and provide guidance to managers on performance and conduct matters
Drive proactive non-union relation strategies by fostering strong employee engagement and addressing concerns before escalation
Support exempt staff through coaching, career development, and succession planning
Drive initiatives to attract, retain, and develop top talent for both represented and non-represented roles
Oversee HR processes, including onboarding, performance management, and policy administration
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement

Required

Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
10+ years of progressive HR experience, including some experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
Proven ability to influence and partner with senior leadership
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Preferred

Master's degree in Labor Relations, Industrial Relations, or related field
Strong knowledge of labor relations and experience working with unionized workforces
