Responsibilities
Oversee the management, maintenance, and security of all IT infrastructure, including networks (LAN/WAN, VPN), servers (on-premise and cloud)
Lead talent acquisition, employee development, and retention, while fostering a collaborative environment where team members are empowered to take ownership, drive change, and prioritize well-being
Strategically managing the NetOps IT budget, optimizing costs, evaluating investments, and overseeing procurement to ensure financial efficiency and alignment with business objectives and Trimble values
Provide technical and strategic expertise for projects, pre-sale activities, and contracts, aiming to achieve key business objectives based on company and sector strategies
Be a leader with a proven ability to define and execute future-proof IT strategies, drive digital transformation, and architect scalable solutions for continuous improvement
Ensure the security, integrity, availability, and quality of Trimble's GNSS correction services and related software products
Qualification
Required
Proven Leadership: Extensive experience in a service operations, data engineering, or similar leadership role
IT Architecture Expertise: High-level understanding of IT architecture, traditional on-premise server stacks, and cloud-based data platforms (AWS, Azure)
Strong understanding of industry best practices as it pertains to Cyber Security and Compliance standards
Team Leadership: 5+ years of people leadership experience with the ability to build, mentor, and inspire high-performing technical teams
Communication & Collaboration: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to partner effectively across diverse technical and business teams
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
