Amazon Development Center U.S., Inc. is seeking an ADC Engineer I to support AWS Config engineering and operations. The role involves managing systems health, troubleshooting issues, and providing support for cloud computing solutions for U.S. Government agencies.

Responsibilities
Manage and monitoring systems health and status
Provisioning devices, assisting with data ingestion, and device cleaning
Troubleshooting device, network, and/or configuration related issues
Identifying, documenting, and communicating engineering and operations recommendations to team members
Writing and disseminating after action reports capturing key events, actions taken, and future mitigation plans
Providing on-call support when necessary
Qualification
Required
High school or equivalent diploma, or A+ or CND (Certified Network Defender) or Network+ or Security+
1+ years of Linux systems administration and/or development experience
1+ years of technical support
1+ years of networking (such as DNS, DHCP, SSL, OSI Model, and TCP/IP) experience
Current, active US Government Security Clearance of TS/SCI with Polygraph
Preferred
3+ years experience with cloud computing technologies
3+ years of networking experience
3+ years of experience with support procedures and methodologies for production computing environments
Experience automating routine tasks
Experience with performance and log analysis
