Customer Service Manager
Black Diamond Pest Control is the largest and fastest-growing independently-owned pest control company in the area. They are seeking a highly-organized Customer Service Manager to lead their customer service team, develop policies, and enhance service quality.

Responsibilities
Train, coach, and manage customer service representatives (CSRs) and agents
Develop and implement customer service policies, procedures, and service standards
Set goals, monitor team performance, analyze data, and report to management
Handle complex or escalated customer complaints and issues
Use customer feedback and data to identify trends and improve service quality and processes
Manage daily operations, budgets, and resources for the department
Work with other departments to align customer service with business goals
Qualification
Required
Previous leadership experience required
Must be detail-oriented with the strong interpersonal-communication skills needed to deal with many personalities
Must excel at both written and oral communication
Must be resourceful and highly-organized with refined multitasking skills
Must have extensive computer experience, especially with the full range of Microsoft Office applications, and be able to work with little supervision or technical assistance
Must be able to have firm conversations for the good of the company
Must be accessible during off-business hours
Preferred
Preferred experience in a service-based business
