Sr. Enterprise Sales Executive

Responsibilities
You will leverage your tenured expertise as a hunter to grow sales revenue through new client acquisition
Quickly build and scale a pipeline, while managing a full cycle sales funnel, from prospect to contract close
Target large scale enterprise accounts and consistently hit your monthly, quarterly and annual revenue goals
Expert ability to understand client business strengths, weaknesses, and goals in order to determine if they are a good fit for our platform
Educate clients on industry best practices and how QRP can help them achieve goals
Think like a CEO - communicate with the management team and team members to increase client satisfaction and conversion and drive overall QRP improvements
Diligently input and update client information in Salesforce
Qualification
Required
7+ years in a full cycle sales environment with expertise in the Insurtech, Embedded or Insurance industries
History of prospecting and pipeline growth with contract conversion results
Successful background in a long sales cycle environment (deal time 6-12 months)
Ability to articulate QRP products with all decision makers: Agents, VP and C Level
Trustworthy - ability to manage sensitive client information
An understanding of and experience in the startup world

Collaborative, agile, competitive and coachable
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Preferred
Experience with Salesforce is a plus
