Responsibilities

Provide hands-on support for the daily functioning of various programs, including but not exclusively to sports, arts, adult programming, and special events

Assist with program setup, breakdown, materials preparation, and room organization

Support instructors and programming leads by helping coordinate registration, payments, attendance, equipment, and participant needs

Offer friendly, helpful customer service to parents, members, and participants

Help maintain safe and supervised program environments

Perform administrative duties such as tracking registrations, maintaining records, and managing communication

Assist with scheduling, staffing updates, and logistical coordination as needed

Contribute to problem-solving and day-of adjustments to ensure programs run smoothly

Monitor program spaces for cleanliness, safety, and readiness

Support special events and one-time programs, including evening or weekend shifts when required

Collaborate with the Programs Team to improve processes, enhance participant experience, and maintain high-quality standards

Required

Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills

Friendly, reliable, and flexible approach to daily tasks

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Comfortable interacting with children, parents, instructors, and community members

Ability to occasionally lift/move program materials and equipment

Preferred

Prior program support or customer service experience preferred

CPR/First Aid certification a plus (or willingness to obtain)
