Manager, Marketing, Boutique & Upscale Brands – Hybrid AZ

They are seeking a collaborative and detail-oriented marketer to support brand marketing initiatives for their Boutique and Upscale brands, focusing on brand architecture, guest experience strategies, and integrated marketing efforts to drive growth.

Responsibilities
Support the development and refinement of brand architecture across Boutique and Upscale brands, ensuring consistency and clarity
Translate Upscale and Boutique brand positioning into actionable marketing tactics and premium guest-facing experiences
Ensure brand standards are upheld across all marketing touchpoints and communications
Collaborate with property teams to align brand goals, guest insights, and on-property Upscale and Boutique activations
Partner with Operations teams to support integration of brand standards into elevated service delivery
Work with digital marketing specialists to execute content strategies, CRM initiatives, and optimize owned channels for Upscale audiences
Assist in managing paid media campaigns in partnership with internal teams and external agencies
Monitor campaign performance and guest engagement metrics to support reporting and optimization
Contribute to seasonal and evergreen campaign development, including briefing, execution, and post-campaign analysis
Support personalization efforts using CRM data and loyalty program insights to enhance premium guest experiences
Collaborate with the loyalty team to strengthen member engagement and brand affinity for unique customer segments
Help drive revenue and bookings through targeted brand campaigns and performance tracking
Utilize CRM platforms and Adobe tools (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics) to support marketing efforts
Leverage AI tools to improve efficiency in content development and campaign execution
Participate in process improvement initiatives and contribute ideas to enhance marketing operations
Take on ad hoc and stretch projects as needed to support evolving business priorities
Qualification
Required
Approximately 5–7 years of experience in brand marketing, preferably within hospitality, travel, or luxury lifestyle sectors
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Strong understanding of Upscale portfolio brand strategy and digital marketing fundamentals
Experience with paid media and campaign execution for premium audiences
Financial and budgeting awareness
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Familiarity with CRM platforms and Adobe tools
Ability to manage projects and collaborate across teams
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Understanding of hospitality industry dynamics and Upscale guest behavior
This is a hybrid position, requiring an onsite presence approximately three (3) days per week at our Headquarters location (6201 N 24th Parkway | Phoenix | AZ | 85016)
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
