Responsibilities

Serve as the right hand to the Chief Marketing Officer, facilitating effective communications, prioritization, and planning for the Marketing & Corporate Affairs team
Act as a focal point and strategic liaison between Marketing, Corporate Affairs, Communications, People Organization, and Finance leaders and their teams—collaborating to get goals ‘over the line’
Work closely with the Marketing Operations team, including senior leaders, fostering growth, accountability, and innovation
Lead initiatives to boost employee engagement, connection, and performance across the Marketing & Corporate Affairs organization—playing a key leadership role in the quarterly & annual VIA surveys, employee listening and Recognition efforts
Facilitate alignment, collaboration, and financial performance across the Marketing Leadership Team toward ensuring focus and delivery on top Marketing priorities. Leads process to create powerful, quarterly CEO Business Reviews alongside the CMCAO and leadership team

Required

Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Marketing, Communications, Business)
Significant professional experience (12+ years), with at least 5 years in marketing operations, chief of staff, or similar senior leadership roles
Proven success managing and facilitating senior leaders and cross-functional teams in a global, complex, corporate environment
Exceptional diplomatic and influencing skills, with the ability to foster collaboration and resolve challenges among senior stakeholders
As an extension of the CMCAO, must have strong executive presence, communication skills, and strategic mindset
