Responsibilities
Participate as a multidisciplinary engineering team member supporting projects with defined timelines and deliverables
Assist engineers and engineering technicians with the design, development, integration, and testing of projects
Assist with the documentation of engineering data, drawings and spreadsheets
Provide technical support to project engineers
Assist in the development of project plans
Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives
Learn Engineering and Project Management Best Practices
Prepare and present findings and recommendations to internal teams throughout the internship
Deliver a final presentation to the Executive Leadership Team summarizing your project work and key learnings
Participate in developmental workshops, networking opportunities, and cross-functional exposure events
Qualification
Required
Currently a junior / senior pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical Engineering
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel
Agile- Ability to multitask, time manage and prioritize
Ability to quickly adapt to change of priorities and direction
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently with concise instructions
Familiarity with modern drafting languages such as Solidworks and AutoCAD
