They are seeking a Resident Engineer to execute planned preventative maintenance and reactive works on-site, ensuring exceptional customer service and compliance with health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

Accurately record all reactive and PPM tasks, ensuring detailed documentation is completed and signed off by the client weekly

Prepare Method Statements and Risk Assessments for all tasks to guarantee safe working practices

Effectively supervise subcontractors to ensure tasks are completed to the highest standards

Ensure strict compliance with all Company policies and procedures

Required

Mechanically / Electrically experienced

Experience in preparing Method Statements and Risk Assessments

Experience in supervising subcontractors

Strict compliance with Company policies and procedures
