Lead Fluids Technician - B Shift

Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate the daily activities of the fluid’s technician team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and accurately
Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support for complex fluid system challenges
Serve as the subject matter expert for tube bending, fluid system assembly, and inspection processes
Qualification
Required
10+ years' experience in aviation, aerospace, or similar industry
CNC tube bending background
OTW background
High school diploma or GED
Preferred
Expertise in advanced tube bending and fabrication for fluid systems using materials such as titanium, stainless steel, and Inconel
Experience in assembling and installing fluid systems, including tubing, fittings, valves, and other components, ensuring precise alignment and optimal functionality
Proficiency in operating and calibrating tube bending machines (e.g., BLM Smart, Eaton Leonard VB) and utilizing related software (e.g., VGP)
Knowledge of AMS, AWS/ASME, ASTM, standards
