Responsibilities

Responsible for the strategic direction, operational oversight, and leadership for facilities management functions across Keck Medical Center of USC
Ensuring the safety, reliability, and operational excellence of the physical environment while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards
Providing leadership and direction to subordinate management and organizing the activities of the facilities management functions necessary for maintaining all physical structures, mechanical/electrical systems, central plants, and utilities in an operative and safe working condition
Driving operational initiatives, developing and implementing policies, and developing and implementing long-range facilities and infrastructure plans aligned with institutional priorities
Supporting the organization’s efforts in meeting or exceeding strategic financial and operational objectives
Serving as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on capital planning, campus development, and energy efficiency

Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field
