Drive improvements in acquisition strategies, engagement programs, and service enhancements to optimize customer satisfaction
Partner with product, technology, and analytics teams to deliver integrated solutions that meet business objectives
Maintain strong controls, adhere to regulatory requirements, and ensure operational integrity across all initiatives
Identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance system functionality, and leverage automation for efficiency gains
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Finance, or related field
5+ years of experience in credit card operations, delivery, or product management
Proven leadership experience managing teams and complex projects
Strong understanding of credit card systems, functionality, and regulatory environment
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management practices
