Consulting Manager - Digital Transformation

Responsibilities
Lead complex digital transformation initiatives or major project workstreams from initiation through deployment, ensuring high-quality execution, stakeholder alignment, and measurable business outcomes
Translate business, operational, and technology challenges into clear, actionable project plans using business process analysis, system requirements gathering, and cross-functional collaboration
Drive end-to-end transformation efforts – aligning people, processes, data, and technology to deliver sustainable improvements across functional areas (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, Operations)
Develop business cases, KPIs, and performance measurement frameworks to measure impact and sustain performance
Facilitate workshops and collaborative sessions to co-create solutions with clients and build organizational alignment
Oversee vendor evaluations, digital solution implementations, and systems integrator partnerships
Lead change management, communication, training, and adoption strategies to drive successful rollout of new systems and processes and ensure long-term user engagement
Build and nurture long-term client relationships based on trust, transparency, and consistent value delivery
Qualification
Required
4+ years of management consulting or equivalent experience in leading strategic or transformation initiatives
Proven success delivering measurable results in one or more of the following areas: Process Transformation & Operational Excellence, Strategic Program Management, Technology Enablement & Digital Transformation, People, Culture & Organizational Change Enablement
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate insights into action
Experience managing multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously in dynamic environments
Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills, with the confidence to engage senior executives effectively
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, or Tableau to translate data into clear, compelling visual stories
Willingness to be on-site in San Diego 3 days a week
Bachelor's degree required
Preferred
Experience with ERP/enterprise system implementation (Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar)
