They are currently seeking a Seasonal Imaging Prep Services Associate to assist with the Imaging Servicing process, which includes prepping, sorting, and scanning hard copy files to electronic images while maintaining quality control and documentation.

Responsibilities
Prep, sort, and scan hard copy files to electronic images
Follow production procedures for document quality control and document indexing
Complete internal documentation and tracking
Maintain a clean work environment
Train on imaging process for high-capacity scanning
Have basic computer knowledge
Remove staples and sort, file, and box records
Reassemble and sequence documents after scanning
Understand and demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy
Work at a sustained pace to meet production rates while producing quality work
Accepting of change and long durations of project assignments
Ability to perform moderate lifting (approximately 15 to 30 lbs.)
Perform various data entry functions as needed
Attendance/Quality/Production must meet or exceed PFI standards
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Certification for use of specific equipment certification within 6 months of placement may be required
