Senior Manager, Voice Surveillance
Macquarie Group is a global financial services group operating in 31 markets, and they are seeking a Senior Manager for their Voice Surveillance program. In this role, you will lead the design and execution of the voice surveillance program, ensuring compliance with regulatory expectations and managing key projects across multiple regions.

Responsibilities
Oversee the design, execution, and continuous improvement of the voice surveillance program across all regions
Ensure surveillance controls are robust and regulatory expectations are met
Adapt the program to new risks and communication channels
Partner with stakeholders in Compliance, Technology, Front Office, Operations, and Internal Audit to deliver high-quality surveillance outcomes
Lead key projects, manage regulatory deliverables, and drive enhancements using emerging technologies
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years' experience in Compliance, Surveillance, Operational Risk, or related financial services functions
Strong knowledge of global trading rules, market conduct, and voice recording regulations
Hands-on experience with voice surveillance technologies, speech-to-text engines, alerting tools, or communications surveillance systems
Proven ability to lead large-scale initiatives and work effectively with senior stakeholders across global teams
Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a track record of presenting complex information clearly
