Responsibilities
Responsible for system and cloud application quality and utilization for MT Team management of incoming raw materials to SAS site, including:
Performing routine monitoring of system usage, speed, accuracy
Providing automated solutions for factory quality issues to improve detectability, standardizing response, and/or streamlining tasks
Managing parallel projects in a dynamic environment, with conflicting priorities and changing scope
Identifying innovative solutions to material supplier challenges and perform ROI and risk assessment for new assignments
Driving operational improvement projects, using LEAN principles, to streamline and challenge the status quo
Documenting cradle to grave understanding of materials including their manufacturing processes and final use in FAB
Supporting material related FAB investigations through data analysis; provide data connections between different data storage locations
Managing and leading toward material issue resolution (SPC, data analysis, 8D development and corrective actions)
Initiating improvement teams both internal and external to Material Complete projects promptly with strong attention to detail; submit regular and special reports as required to support department KPI
Create SOPs, optimize procedures and mentor the team on such items
Qualification
Required
Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Material Science, Physics, Computer Engineering or an equivalent discipline
2-5 years of experience
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Experience in scripting languages (Python, GIT, VBA)
Data stream server knowledge (API)
Possess software organizational methods (code revision, bug patching, release notes) GIT preferable
Experience with global supply chains and multi-site quality process standardization is a plus
Experience in audit methodologies, gap analysis, and quality improvement techniques such as Lean Six Sigma
Preferred
Experience in Semiconductor or high-volume technical manufacturing preferred
Experience coding web apps and/or websites (Javascript, HTML, Node, react, Vue)
Six Sigma Black Belt Certification a plus
