Responsibilities

Support Manufacturing Operations: Troubleshoot production issues, assist with product support, and validate processes
Collaborate on New Product Launches: Help transition new designs into full-scale production
Drive Process Improvements: Research and implement safe, cost-effective equipment and processes
Learn Key Tools: Apply Lean Six Sigma principles, project management basics, and quality techniques
Work Across Functions: Partner with design, quality, and operations teams to ensure safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals are met
Travel Opportunities: Visit our manufacturing sites (including Mexico) for hands-on experience

Required

Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field
