Responsibilities
Lead AI Vision & Strategy: Partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to define and guide the organization’s AI roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
Educate & Advocate: Conduct workshops, training sessions, and presentations to demystify AI concepts for non-technical audiences. Develop educational resources to support ongoing learning
Promote Adoption: Serve as an internal advocate for AI and automation, helping teams understand practical applications and benefits
Stay Current: Monitor emerging AI technologies, trends, and best practices. Share insights to inform decision-making and maintain a competitive edge
Enable Practical Implementation: Collaborate with teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven process improvements and automation using accessible tools (e.g., RPA platforms, Generative AI solutions)
Bridge Business & Technology: Work closely with product managers and technical teams to ensure AI initiatives are feasible, ethical, and aligned with business needs—without requiring you to code or build models
Qualification
Required
Exceptional communication and presentation skills; ability to translate complex AI concepts into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences
Familiarity with Generative AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, LLaMA)
Strong understanding of AI trends, ethical considerations, and practical business applications
Innovative thinker with a passion for AI's potential to transform business operations
Proven experience leading AI adoption initiatives or implementing practical AI solutions in a business context (portfolio or case studies preferred)
Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams
Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Data Science, or a related field (advanced degree a plus)
Demonstrated experience in applying AI or automation to solve real-world business challenges—without requiring deep technical development skills
