Responsibilities
Support assembly and maintenance of electromechanical components (motors, wiring, sensors) under guidance
Learn to interpret schematics, blueprints, and BOMs to assist in diagnostics and repairs
Conduct basic calibration, repairs, and document assembly logs and maintenance records
Assist in quality control through inspection, testing, and simple charting of results
Demonstrate a "humble yet proud" attitude, grounded in common sense, committed to consistent execution
Qualification
Required
High school diploma
Basic proficiency with hand tools
Basic proficiency with diagnostic instruments
Team collaboration
Preferred
associate's degree or technical training in mechatronics or engineering
